RYAN BERNARD is a principal at Wordmark Associates, a publishing and consulting firm in Houston, Texas. Since August 1994, he has been designing and building Intranet sites for Fortune 500 clients in the United States and Europe. In 1994, he received a Distinguished Technical Communications Award from the Society for Technical Communications.
