Everything is related...Scientist and part-time dreamer, Dr Darren White is losing the plot. Work has descended into a distinctly unscientific mess and his research is non-existent. John McCabe is the author of five acclaimed novels, Stickleback, Paper, Snakeskin, Big Spender and Herding Cats. He lives in Birmingham and works as a geneticist.
