The Verdadera Destreza is a fighting system born in Spain during the 16th century. At the beginning, it was reserved to a little cast of hidalgos and it allowed the 'Grandes', the Spanish high noblemen, to be among the best European swashbucklers for two centuries. Destreza is the first book written in english devoted to the spanish fencing system.
