Hugo Bouleau was educated at Rugby School and the City University in London. He is a Fellow of the Securities and Investment Institute, having worked in the finance industry in both the UK and the Channel Islands. He is the senior investment manager of a leading offshore private bank, managing the money of some of the wealthiest people on the planet.
