It's autumn in Gothenburg. An anxious mother calls the police; it seems her little boy was lured into a car by a man offering sweets then returned unharmed. The same happens with a little girl, and then another. As each child attends a different day nursery, and each parent contacts a different police station, no connection is established between the incidents. The reports are filed and forgotten.
