In this epic story, Lyons played a major role : from 1893 to now, 80 constructors were created and developed in this area, several of them were among the greatest ; many models, in Belgium, Spain, America, Great Britain, Italy, Poland or Switzerland were produced under licences or from plans drawn in Lyons
